3-room apartment 85 m2, on the ground floor: large living/dining room with open fireplace and TV, exit to the terrace. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm). 1 large room with 1 double bed (160 cm), exit to the terrace. Alcove with 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm). Kitchenette (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher). Bath-room, shower/WC, sep. WC. Electric heating. Large terrace 60 m2, south-west facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable). Very nice view of the mountains. Wood not provided.

Le Tour 3 km from Argentière: Residence "Chalet Le Tour", 2 storeys. In a quiet position. For shared use: garden 60 m2. In the complex: ski storage, washing machine, tumble dryer. Motor access to 50 m from the house (in winter snow chains necessary). Footpath to the house. Parking (limited number of spaces), public parking 100 m. Shop 3 km, supermarket 3 km, restaurant 300 m, railway station "Montroc Le Planet" 1 km. Golf course 6 km, skisport facilities, ski bus stop 300 m. Please note: car essential. Free of charge ski bus.
