Gaschurn sits in Austria's Montafon Valley and is part of the Silvretta Montafon ski domain. The busy village is an ideal base for exploring the area and is set amongst stunning scenery with a traditional Austrian feel. The resort also boasts a unique aprés ski activity, piste basher driving, so after a long day on the hill you can experience how the resort staff maintain the slopes — now that is something a little different!

The Montafon Valley offers 243km of skiing, with Gaschurn's Silvretta Montafon the largest ski area — boasting 152km of piste. The vast ski area has a something for everyone form Austria's largest snow park, through to a great variety of steep challenging runs and deep powder slopes to more gentle, family-friendly runs. The Nova and Hochjoch mountains 1,600m of vertical drop and a great selection of runs, wither beginner and intermediate skiers particularly well looked after.
