• The lounge/dining area – has a balcony with views overlooking the river L'Arve and the Mont Blanc massif. There are two comfortable sofas and a large coffee table together with a TV with Euro satellite and a DVD player. The large wooden dining table comfortably seats six.
• The large kitchen area - is modern and fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, a built-in four ring hob, microwave and a dishwasher. There is also a washing machine.
• Bedroom 1 – is an ensuite double connected with sliding doors to the lounge. It has its own balcony overlooking the river and plenty of built-in wardrobe space. The ensuite consists of a shower and wash basin with mirror.
• Bedroom 2 – is a twin room with its own balcony overlooking the paved square adjacent to rue du Docteur Paccard and up to Brevent. There is a small chest of drawers for storage.
• Bedroom 3 – is a twin room with views of Brevent and a large double built-in wardrobe.

There are two spacious family bathrooms adjacent to the twin rooms, one has a bath and shower, a large wash basin with mirror and a toilet. The other has a bath and shower with a wash basin and mirror.

In the basement there is a ski locker and a communal bike store area.

There is also secure underground parking for one vehicle (please bear in mind a height restriction of approx. 2m).
