• The lounge/dining area- is spacious with two armchairs and a sofa which can be converted into a double sofa bed as well as a dining table to seat four. It also has a TV for use with the DVD player and UK Sky Satelite. The living room opens out to a small balcony overlooking the river L'Arve and up towards the Mont Blanc massif.
• The kitchen area – is modern and fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, a built-in four ring hob, a seperate microwave/oven and a dishwasher.
• Bedroom 1– is a twin bedroom with plenty of built-in wardrobe space.
• The family bathroom- has a bath with built-in shower, a large mirror and wash basin together with a washing machine.

In the basement there is a ski locker and a communal bike store area.
There is also secure underground parking for one vehicle (please bear in mind a height restriction of approx. 2m).
