Alpes 2 Guillemard, Chamonix

This light and airy 56 square metre, two bedroom apartment is on the third floor of Les Alpes 2 and offers very comfortable accommodation for 4-6 people.

  • The lounge/dining area– has French doors leading to a south facing balcony on the side of the Alpes building, offering great views of Mont Blanc and the Aiguille du Midi. It is very comfortably furnished with a pine dining table and chairs, sofa bed and TV.
  • The kitchen area - is modern corner kitchen with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven with hob and microwave.
  • Bedroom 1– is a double bedroom with wardrobes and views towards the Mont Blanc Massif.
  • Bedroom 2– is a twin having a single bed with a pull out bed underneath, a wardrobe and has views towards Brevent ski area. (Please note this bedroom currently overlooks construction work).
  • The family bathroom - has a bath with shower, wash basin, bidet and WC.

For ski/bike storage there is a ski cave in the basement.

There is also secure underground parking for one vehicle (please bear in mind a height restriction of approx. 2m).

Please note that construction work is taking place on an adjoining site. The surface car park to Alpes II is closed, but the allocated underground parking is not affected.
