- The lounge area - boasts fine views of the Mont Blanc Massif from the large double-aspect balcony over the River Arve. The sitting area has two large sofas, a fireplace, TV with Euro satellite, video and DVD player.
- The dining area – has a large antique-style wooden table that comfortably seats six.
- The kitchen area - is very modern and fully equipped with fridge/freezer, built in oven, dishwasher as well as extras such as expresso machine, toaster and raclette.
- Bedroom 1 – is a double bedroom with built in wardrobes and access to the south-facing balcony.
- Bedroom 2 – is a twin bedroom with a wardrobe and access onto the south-facing balcony area.
- Bedroom 3 – is a twin bedroom with easterly views.
- The family bathroom - has a bath with shower, wash basin, bidet and WC. There is also a washing machine and separate tumble dryer.
- The second bathroom - has a shower cubicle, wash basin and WC.
For ski/bike storage there is a ski cave in the basement.
There is also secure underground parking for one vehicle (please bear in mind a height restriction of approx. 2m)..
