- The lounge area – is very comfortably furnished with sofas, TV/video and DVD player and an iPod dock with speakers. It has direct access to the south facing and south-east facing balconies, both offering great views of the Mont Blanc range.
- The dining area – has a large wooden dining table with chairs and benches to seat six.
- The kitchen area – is modern and equipped with fridge/freezer, built in oven and hob and a dishwasher.
- Bedroom 1 – is a twin bedroom with double aspect windows offering easterly and southerly views.
- Bedroom 2 – is also a twin bedroom with southerly views.
- Bedroom 3 – is a twin with easterly views.
- The family bathroom – has a shower/bath, wash basin and WC as well as a washing machine.
- The second bathroom - has a shower, wash basin and WC.
There is plenty of storage space in the apartment, with floor to ceiling cupboards in the entrance hall and sets of drawers or wardrobes in the bedrooms. For ski/bike storage there is a ski cave in the basement.
There is also secure underground parking for one vehicle (please bear in mind a height restriction of approx. 2m).
Please note that construction work is taking place on an adjoining site. The surface car park to Alpes II is closed, but the allocated underground parking is not affected.
