Chalet Whymper, Chamonix

Chalet Whymper operates as a night-by-night Bed and Breakfast throughout the summer as a perfect choice for the independant travellers amongst you.

Picture yourself on the Whymper balcony sipping a cool drink enjoying the early evening sunshine before it dips behind Le Brevent. If you like the sound of this, then you will love your stay with us this summer!

We have a choice of single, 2 person, 3 person, and 4 person rooms, each with ensuite facilities to offer.

Accommodation - Chalet Whymper, Chamonix

Ground floor

  • Bedroom 1– has one double bed with private toilet, shower and wash basin
  • Bedroom 2 - has one double bed with private toilet, shower and wash basin.
  • Bedroom 3 - has two single beds with private toilet, shower and wash basin.
  • Bedroom 4 - has a double bed with private toilet, bath/shower and wash basin
  • Bedroom 5- has two single beds with private toilet, bath/shower and wash basin

First Floor

  • Bedroom 6- has one double bed with private toilet, shower and wash basin. There is also access to a balcony.
  • Living area– has three large sofas, an open fire and a large communal balcony.
  • For entertainment, there is a TV with DVD player, CD player, board games and Wifi access.
  • Dining area- has three large pine tables with benches to seat up to 24 and also has access to the communal balcony.
  • There is a seperate toilet on this floor.

Second Floor

  • Bedroom 7– has two single beds with private toilet, wash basin and bath with shower attachment.
  • Bedroom 8– has three single beds with private toilet, wash basin and bath with shower attachment.
  • Bedroom 9- has two singles beds plus a double sofa bed with private toilet, wash basin and bath with shower attachment. There is also a private balcony.
  • Bedroom 10– has two singles beds plus a double sofa bed with private toilet, wash basin and bath with shower attachment. There is also a private balcony.

Ski Pass is not included. Prices shown are Per person per week based on maximum occupancy. We reserve the right to make minor adjustments to the description or rating based on staff and customer feedback.
