These apartments, known locally as le Chamois Blanc - L'Aiguille, have a convenient location in the area of Chamonix Sud with its many shops including a bakery and supermarket, bars and restaurants. The apartments are located in one of three buildings: Jonquille, Grépon and Chamois Blanc.

All apartments have a kitchenette with two hot plates, fridge, mini-oven, bathroom and WC. Some apartments have a dishwasher and electric coffee maker.
- Type B studios - sleep 2-3: have a living room with two single sofa beds and pull out bed.
- Type C studios – sleep 2-4: have a living room with two single sofa beds and an alcove in the entrance hallway with bunk beds.
- Type D apartments - sleep 2-5: have a living area with two single sofa beds and one pull-out bed. Bedroom with double bed, separated from the living area by a sliding partition.
- Type E apartments - sleep 2-6: are as Type D with two sofa beds in the lounge, a separate double bedroom and bunk beds in either a cabin room or the entrance hallway.
The "Comfort +" formula is available for a supplement and includes beds made upon arrival, two sets of towels per person, end of week cleaning and a cleaning kit. If taking this extra, every person within the apartment must book.
