The Chalets de Champraz consist of 5 large chalets. 2 km from the centre of Chamonix. In the house: lift. Shop, shopping centre, restaurant 2 km, bus stop 600 m, railway station 2 km. Sports centre, cable car, cross-country ski trail 2 km.
"La Pallissade", 1-room apartment 23 m2 on 1st floor: living/dining room with 1 double sofa bed, 1 sleeping possibility, TV and DVD. Kitchenette (2 hotplates, mini-oven). Shower/WC. Balcony, east facing position. View of the mountains. Please note: only 1 dog accepted. Underground parking in Champraz 2.

"Le Lac", 2-room apartment 50 m2 on 1st floor: living/dining room with 1 double sofa bed, open fireplace and TV, exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 double bed. Alcove with 1 bed. Small kitchen (4 hotplates, oven, micro wave). Bath-room, sep. WC. Electric heating. Balcony 15 m2, north-east facing position and south-east facing position. Terrace furniture. Lovely view of the lake and the mountains. Facilities: washing machine. Garage space n 88. The bed in the alcove is raised and accessed via a ladder. No wood available.
