- The lounge area – has a large sofa and comfortable lounge chairs. There is a flat screen TV and DVD player including Euro satellite and Bose home theatre sound system which also plays CD's.
- From the lounge, there are sliding glass doors opening on to a large balcony with views of the Mont Blanc vista and the Chamonix valley as a whole.
- The kitchen area– is modern and fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, built-in oven, a 4 ring hob and a dishwasher. It is situated right next to the dining area which seats 6 people.
All bedrooms are upstairs:- Bedroom 1– has a large double bed and plenty of hanging and cupboard space. There is also an en-suite shower and basin.
- Bedroom 2 – is a twin room with a large chest of drawers and a velux window.
- Bedroom 3– is a spacious twin room with cupboard space.
- The bathroom - has a bath with shower attachment, toilet and a large wash basin with mirror.
- The shower room– is downstairs and has a shower and wash basin together with a washing machine.
There is also a separate WC downstairs.
For ski/bike storage there is a ski cave in the basement.
There is also secure underground parking for one vehicle (please bear in mind a height restriction of approx. 2m).
