The large southwest-facing balcony has a seating area and looks out onto the old Church with views of the Mont-Blanc Massif.

- The lounge area– is set out in two areas, a main lounge and a 'chill out zone'. The lounge has large leather sofas set aroung the fireplace and includes a TV with British satellite channels, DVD player, X-Box and stereo system.
- The open-plan kitchen/dining area – is modern and fully equipped with a granite worktop, dishwasher, built in oven & hob and a washing machine. Next to the kitchen is the dining area which has a large table which can seat up to eight.
- Bedroom 1– is a double bedroom with built in wardrobes and an ensuite bathroom. The bathroom has a shower cubicle, toilet and hand-basin.
- Bedroom 2– is a twin room with a wardrobe and large chest of drawers.
- Bedroom 3– is another twin room with wardrobe space.
There is a large family bathroom which has a 'Philippe Stark' double bath, a large separate shower unit, toilet and granite sink unit.
There is also a separate shower room and toilet.
For ski/bike storage there is a ski locker in the basement.
There is also secure underground parking for two vehicles, please bear in mind a height restriction of 2m.
