The residence is situated 1km from the centre of Champagny, 1.5km from the ski lifts and the ESF ski school (free shuttle bus). The property is made up of 66 apartments spread over 4 four-storey chalets (with lifts, except for 6 apartments). This recently-built traditional style residence is built of timber and stone and has great panoramic views over the village and the valley.
