Chalet St. Christopher is a great, modern chalet apartment in one of the most sought after locations in Courchevel 1850. The other half of "the Saints", the St. Christopher is located below the Chalet St. Nicholas on the lower floor of the building. Its central position, just a 3-minute walk from the main Croisette lifts and 4-minutes to the bars and restaurants, make this a popular chalet that has been a favourite for many years. It is light and airy with a large open plan living and dining area that leads onto a sunny balcony with pretty views.
There are two double rooms with en suite showers (1 & 3) and two twins with bath and shower attachments (2 & 4). The larger room 2 also has a balcony and can fit a cot. Due to the design of the chalet into the hillside, the smaller rooms 3 and 4 do not have any natural sources of light; however they are still light and airy. Ski and boot storage is in the shared entrance hall. The chalet's open plan lounge, dining area and location prove very popular with couples, groups of friends and families who appreciate comfort and the short distance to the lifts and resort facilities.
You start the day with a generous breakfast, including fruit juice, yoghurts, cereals, breads and toast, accompanied by a daily cooked option (6 days a week) to set you up for the day's activities. When you return from the slopes, afternoon tea with home-made cakes awaits you. Relax in a comfy sofa and enjoy the homemade cakes or biscuits, breads and spreads and a much welcomed mug of tea or coffee. Remember to save your appetite for the delicious canapés served before dinner.
These are then followed by a 3-course evening meal, served with a selection of wines, cheeseboard and a glass of port, fresh coffee and chocolates. If you prefer bottled mineral water, this is also available. One evening a week the chalet staff have a night off, at which point you will have the opportunity to try one of the many wonderful restaurants available in each of the resorts.
Please let us know at the time of booking if you have any dietary requests. We are happy to cater for vegetarians and wherever possible, those needing special diets. “High Tea” is available for children who want an early dinner. We can also arrange á la carte wine and champagne in resort (payable locally)
