- 4 rooms, sleeps 4-8: ( 72m²) living room with double sofa bed; one twin and one double bedroom; smaller bedroom with bunks; bathroom, shower room and two wcs.
- 5 rooms, sleeps 6-10: ( 95m²) living room as 4 rooms; one double and three twin bedrooms; four bath or shower rooms and two wcs.
- 6 rooms, sleeps 8-12 ( 105m²) as 5 rooms, plus a bunk bedroom
