Motor access except in winter 50 m (via unmade road in winter snow chains necessary 4x4 car recommended in winter). 50 m steep footpath to the house. Individual garage. Bus stop Pradouvan 500 m. Skisport facilities 2.4 km. Balcony 1st: south. Balcony ground floor: south and East.Interior: 4-room chalet 200 m2 on 3 levels comfortable and modern furnishings: open large living/dining room with open fireplace cable-TV flat screen TV and DVD.
