Private: well-kept garden with lawn 200 m2. Motor access to the house. (17 steps). Individual garage. Bus stop 400 m. Skisport facilities 2.8 km. Shuttle bus only in High Season.Interior: 2-room chalet 60 m2 modern and rustic furnishings: living/dining room with swedish stove cable-TV heater and electric heating. Exit to the garden. 1 room with 1 double bed (160 cm). Kitchenette (oven dishwasher). Shower/WC. Terrace furniture. Nice view of the mountains and the countryside. Garage in the middle."
