Responses to my questions were very quick and filled with detail. Loved the added personal touches such as suggestions of good bars and restaurants and the fact my representative had visited my resort before.

But Mark Warner very disappointing - cold cooked breakfasts, no hot milk for coffee, slow service at dinner, canned "music" and a "swimming" pool that was rather a stretch of the imagination.

I booked a ski holiday on 10 April 2016 through Iglu Ski but I haven't received the travel documents now, less than 6 days before traveling. The contract states I should get 7-10 days before traveling. I received a call from Rebecca of Igluski on Wednesday 30 March. She told me Chalet Violetta, the accommodation I booked will be closed and they'll move me and my daughter to a different hotel. I told her I booked the date after the school holiday just finished, which means my daughter has to take a week school days for this holiday, because we really wanted to stay in Chalet Violetta and the previous weeks were fully booked at the time. I paid over £100 each person to have the best room in Chalet. If it closed, I want to a refund. Rebecca said she'll talk to supplier and get me back the next day. I called Iglu on Friday morning as I didn't hear from Rebecca. The receptionist said Rebecca was busy and she'll call me later the day. I also emailed Iglu customer service but hear none of them. I'm really disappointed with Iglu, which claims an award winner agency, keeps customer in the dark, not return call as they promised,not keep customer informed, not send travel documents on time as on the contract. It's nearly the travelling date and I have no idea if my holiday be cancelled, or which accommodation they will move us to, what the facilitates there, if my daughter's paid snowboard class still available...... I feel I'm completed let down by Iglu's poor service.Our response:Madam - we certainly understand your frustration in this instance. We made the booking on your behalf in good faith that the tour operator would be able to fulfil your holiday. In this instance, as you know, the operator took the decision to close the property for that week. Sadly, there was nothing we could do to avoid this; the situation would have been the same had you have booked with an alternative agent or the operator directly. We advised you of the change on the Thursday and offered alternatives.
We couldn't get all the answers from the operator until the following Monday, though I can see that we did all that was possible to try and make contact with you on the Friday to provide an update.
Naturally, it is always disappointing when a holiday arrangements falls through for whatever reason. Especially when it is through no fault and is unavoidable.Best Wishes
Great outfit. Always enthusiastic and helpful. Usually have the best deals and always get the paperwork correct - so far. Much better then other agents available.
Iglu Ski were great to deal with, professional, friendly and answered all questions which I asked. I would definitely book with them again.
