Over all good -- BUT ONE SIGNIFICANT ISSUE:
Our booking Ref 451557 stated and advice given over the telephone -- stated flight ref MON TBA -- I was told this was a Monarch flight -- and advised TERMINAL 2 Manchester flight -- so booked car in Terminal 2 car park -- arrived qued in the Monarch check-in que for 15mins to be told NOT MONARCH -- after considerable investigation tuned out to be a JET2 Flight from Terminal 1 -- which is a 15 min rush with luggage etc.
We were fit and able with no children in tow so made it OK !!! Phew !!! -- But could have been a disaster if we had not acted quickly (we know Manchester airport well) and rushed to JET2 Check I -- we were the last to check in !

I would have preferred to go between poor and good... Service was reasonable, however, I felt it was improved when I dealt with people other than the main guy we ended up with as he didn't really seem bothered. I am also still waiting for him to let me have the updated e-mail so that we can pay, but again, he's possibly not bothered about this either. Ultimately, this has left a mildly sour taste...
Just booked a Christmas ski break for a group of 10. Service I was given was excellent. I was after a good deal and I felt iglu did their very best to find me the best offer available. Salesman was very patient and helpful and I thought his service was excellent. I would have rated the whole experience Excellent but have been asked by iglu to pay balance of holiday 16 weeks before travel. We were all a bit surprised by this as it is longer than other companies.

This is not the first time I have used IGLU, indeed, it is the first online site that I consult for skiing holidays. Staff are very polite and helpful, and, when something does go wrong, they are quick to resolve the issue. It is also a very efficient and relatively simple process. Well done!

I was very disappointed that the chalet which I thought I had booked was not in fact booked, and so I had to change to another less desirable one. Your staff should confirm that a booking is successful BEFORE ending the call with the customer.On 02-Apr-2015 the customer changed their rating and added:I have already made a comment - why are you asking again?
The lady I spoke to was very helpful and wasn't pushy in terms of wanting to make the sale. She came across being very knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely use Iguski again
