Great prices and friendly customer service. Unfortunately an error in collecting our payment was made by Iglu which left us for half a day without any funds due to overdrawing our account. I don't feel compensated sufficiently as iglu only offered an apology and refund. This sort of mistakes should be compensated financially.
Had to keep chasing up these guys and I'm spending 3k with them!!!Our response:Sir - I agree that you shouldn't have to be following up all the time, please accept my apologies. Really pleased with the service received from Igluski - Justin was really helpful and responsive and found us a great chalet.
I found Nigel really helpful. He quickly answered all my questions and explained everything clearly. When some changes needed to be made he was quick to do that which was much appreciated. He also sent me some information on the ski area we were going to as it was our first trip there. He also advised us around ski carriage which we wouldn't of even thought of without him! Also, very well priced. Would definitely use Iglu Ski again. Thanks!

Our customer service person just made everything as simple as possible. He took our requirements and preferences - made some suggestions and called when he said he would = ski holiday sale

I found Nick asked enough questions to understand my holiday requirements. I also spoke with others in the office that didn't take the time to understand so the suggestions I received weren't as suitable.

Christian was superb in negotiating with Inghams and the hotel owner to source me a twin room for single occupancy use. I have always booked my ski holidays directly with the tour operator but failed on this occasion. Will definitely use Iglu in the future.
Spoke to several different people over a few days. My details were not known to any but the original lead person I spoke with. A receipt for my deposit being paid had to be requested twice.
