Spoke to the operative on the phone about 20 mins to 10pm on a Friday evening - i.e. just before close.
As soon as I said "hey they, don't need any information, ready to book, let's go.", he perked up and was happy to sort everything really quickly. No problems at all, very helpful and efficient. Entire process pretty smooth and everything is now booked.

Laurianne was extremely helpful and clear, rang me back promptly twice and ensured all my questions were answered. The only odd thing is that I still don't know whether my holiday is booked or not, but I understand that is down to Nielsen, not IgluSki.
We book twice a year with igluski as they give such good service and have got to know Chrispin over the years. Our skiing friends are now using them as well.

I have used Iglu Ski to book my group holiday for the past 5 years and would not go anywhere else. They are very professional and efficient but maintain a personal touch. The ease of making payments online is a bonus.

Excellent service, operator on the phone courteous and patient as one of our party decided to change accommodation half way through the booking process! Some great advice form the operator regarding passes and equipment hire, making us a significant saving in the process. Will definitely be looking to book through Iglu next year.
I was not notified of the late bookig fee, nor was this listed with the price of the holiday on line. This was irritating and added £30 to the cost. Where is this detailed on line? Why was I not notified of it when I did the booking on the phone? Subsequent emails regarding this cost have been met not by replies to these questions, but stone wall thats what we do responses. When does a late booking fee apply and why? Is it not good cuctomer relations to make it clear that tthis fee appllies when making a booking?.
