Old, cosy, simple house with 2 apartments "Chalet Stollermattli", 2 storeys, above Engelberg (2 km), in a secluded, quiet, sunny, elevated position on a slope, south facing position. Private: natural state grounds, garden, lawn sunning area. In the house: ski storage. Steep motor access (in winter snow chains necessary).
6-room apartment 120m2 on 2 levels: simple, practical and cosy furnishings: dining room. 1 room with 2 beds and hand-basin. 1 room with 1 bed. Open kitchen (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, grill). Bath-room, sep. WC. Upper floor: living room with 1 sofa bed and cable-TV. 1 double bedroom. 1 room with 2 beds. Heating. Balcony, east facing position. Patio. Terrace furniture, barbecue, box-room. Nice view of the mountains, the valley and the resort. Facilities: washing machine. Reserved parking.
