    NONSTOP Ski along with sister site NONSTOP Snowboard is a family run company that has been active in the industry since 2002. The company has long been established as one of the first ski and snowboard instructor training companies to offer quality in-depth coaching along with a hugely sociable atmosphere. NONSTOP Ski are recognised by ski school directors for providing instructors second to none, whilst over 300 people who have passed through the doors of NONSTOP Snowboard are now fully trained and qualified international instructors. Based in the popular hubs of snow sports; Banff, Fernie, Red Mountain and Whistler, NONSTOP Ski & Snowboard offer 2, 3, 6 and 11 week improvement and instructor courses. Instructor courses train and coach students towards the goal of gaining internationally recognised qualifications in CSIA and CASI.

    NONSTOP Ski & Snowboard improvement camps provide helpfull instruction and techniques that will take your riding to the next level. You will gain a high level of proficiency and confidence which will allow you to take on the best slopes around the world. Improvement camps are set within fun sociable environments and group numbers are deliberately kept low to create a more supportive close nit atmosphere. NONSTOP Ski & Snowboard improvement camps are ideal as an alternative ski holiday to improve fitness, meet like minded people and develop you skills.

    NONSTOP Ski & Snowboard instructor courses are designed to significantly improve your riding skills whilst training for internationally recognised qualifications. The instructor courses appeal to a vast range of people including those who are after a constructive gap year and those who want to fast track into a brand new and exciting career. Alternatively if you just want to escape the rat race and recharge your batteries, NONSTOP Ski & Snowboard courses act as the ideal career break.

    Snowboard instructor Course


    CASI Level 1
    • Instructing techniques for teaching beginners.
    • Lesson planning, class management and teaching skills.
    • Display understanding of fundamental riding skills: Stance and Balance, Pivoting, Edging, Pressure control and Timing and Coordination.


    CASI Level 2
    • Instructing techniques for teaching intermediates to advanced snowboarders. Switch riding, carving turns, sliding turns.
    • Display good terrain adaptation (strong and smooth in bumps and crud) as well as basic freestyle manoeuvres and advanced carving ability.


    CASI Park & Pipe and Race Coach
    • Develop your freestyle skills off kickers, in the half pipe and on rails.

    And/or

    CASI Race Coach
    • Learn and develop slalom racing skills.

    What's included?

    Packages on offer ensure that all of your basics are covered as well as a few extras. Flights, transfers, accommodation, lift passes, professional instruction and weekday meals are included. In addition to this at the end of your time on the slopes NONSTOP Ski & Snowboard organise farewell parties where you can get together with the rest of the group and celebrate the end of your fantastic course.

    NONSTOP Ski & Snowboard Lodge

    Located in the beautiful resort of Fernie is NONSTOP ski & snowboards 42 bedroom lodge. This fabulous accommodation offers spacious bedrooms and modern furnishings. Each of the bedrooms stunning views of the Canadian Rockies with some having their own private balconies. Communal areas are equipped with all mod-cons such as cable TV, a DVD player and wireless internet. A swimming pool, internet room, movie theatre and mess room located away from the bedrooms for those late night gatherings show the dedication to pleasing it’s customer base.

    NONSTOP Ski & Snowboard extras

    All of NONSTOP Ski & Snowboard’s range of courses includes a choice of trips that can be booked at additional cost. The trips are designed to enable students to experience even more of the local culture. Trips include CAT Boarding, guided backcountry touring, snowmobiling and the opportunity to visit Calgary and watch a Live hockey match. Alternatively for a more academic experience you can enrol on one of the many evening classes offering topics ranging from French for beginners’ to Sports Massage. In the NONSTOP spirit weekly social evenings are also held where students are invited to take part in tobogganing, pub-crawls, house parties, night skiing, ice-skating and much more.
