Brides Les Bains is a traditional alpine resort situated in the valley below Meribel, with excellent access to the extensive skiing available in the world famous Three Valleys Ski area. Known also as the resort of “Elegant Women”, Brides Les Bains is France’s leading slimming spa resort.

A 20 minute gondola ride will take you from Brides Les Bains to the heart of Meribel, the centre of the largest ski area in the world. The variety of runs on offer ensure superb skiing for all levels; there are special beginners areas in Meribel and around 50 gentle runs which is more than ample for any first timer; intermediates will be in heaven, there are plenty of long blue and red runs and with a total of 600 kilometres there is enough terrain to keep anyone amused; experts will find some challenging off-piste, steeps and moguls. Boarders are catered for with a board park that has several jumps and a table top, and a half pipe.

Brides Les Bains is an excellent base for exploring the 3 Valleys for those who aren’t looking for the hectic nightlife or higher prices common the main Three Valley resorts. There is a casino, a couple of discos, several bars and some good restaurants in the town, plus a specialist spa which offers many treatments that are most welcome after a full days skiing.
