Courchevel 1650 is the second highest of Courchevel’s 5 villages – La Tania, Le Praz, Courchevel 1550 all below and Courchevel 1850 located higher up the road. Courchevel 1650 is set slightly apart from the rest of the Three Valleys ski area, offering a more peaceful and less crowded area to ski in, a luxury during the peak ski holiday dates. There are 2 lifts into 1850, ensuring that easy access into the Three Valleys is still possible and a day trip into the furthest resort of Val Thorens is well within reach.
The resort of Courchevel offers skiers and boarders an extensive and varied terrain on which to enjoy their ski holiday. It is also a part of the vast Trois Vallees ski area, which links the resorts of Meribel, St Martin de Belleville, Les Menuires and Val Thorens and Courchevel itself.
Courchevel 1650 is an attractive old village with quietly situated chalets, but it does offer a lively nightlife. It is also only a short bus journey from Courchevel 1850 for those wanting more evening entertainment during your ski holiday.
