Ski Holidays in Courchevel Le Praz, France
Le Praz is the lowest of the 5 villages in Courchevel at 1300 meters, however, it has good access to Courchevel 1850 and the rest of the Courchevel and Three Valley ski area, due to a gondola that goes directly over the forest up into 1850.There is a beginner’s piste nearby and slopes that take you down from the top resort right back into the village. However, low altitude means that snow conditions on these slopes are often poor.
Le Praz is a traditional village set amidst the woodland and due to this quiet setting is ideal for a family holiday. Nightlife is quiet and centres around the local bars. Le Praz also has road access to the resort of La Plagne and its extensive ski area.
