The skiing is divided into 3 areas, Mont d’Arbois, Rochbrune and Le Jaillet all of which provide flattering skiing for
intermediates and
beginners.
Advanced skiers need to go off piste to stretch themselves or go to some of the nearby resorts such as
Chamonix and
Les Contamines. Cross country skiing is popular with routes along the valley. Ski school is good, with 2 ski schools to keep competition and standards high. Childcare is also of a high standard.
Après ski is lively as you would expect from this resort, starting from lunchtime the bars, cafés and restaurants are busy and they do not stop until the early hours.
Other activities Snow-shoeing • ice-skating • riding • sleigh rides • paragliding • indoor curling • swimming • indoor tennis • rock climbing • helicopter rides • gymnasium and sauna. The resort is also a shopper’s paradise.
