Parking by the house. Shopping centre 20 m bar cafe 10 m bus stop 100 m railway station Grindelwald Dorf 200 m outdoor swimming pool 2 km indoor swimming pool 150 m. Golf course 2.3 km tennis 1.8 km sports centre 150 m cable cabin ski bus stop 100 m ice rink 250 m. Please note: free of charge ski bus. The owner lives in the same residence.Interior: 3-room apartment 80 m2 on the top floor south facing position partly renovated in 2007 very comfortable and cosy furnishings: living room with cable-TV and radio. Exit to the balcony. 2 rooms each room with 2 beds (90 cm length 180 cm). Kitchen-/living room (4 hotplates oven dishwasher micro wave). Bath/WC. Balcony south facing position. Terrace furniture. Very nice view of the mountains. Please note: non-smokers only. The apartment has Wireless internet."
