4-room apartment 80 m2, on the ground floor, fully renovated in 2005: 1 double bedroom with shower/WC and cable-TV. 1 room with 1 bed and shower. 1 room with winter garden. 1 room with 3 beds. Kitchen-/living room (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, micro wave) with dining corner. Facilities: cot for up to 3 year olds. Please note: only 1 dog accepted. One of the double bedrooms is open to the living room ideal for children. Chilren's bed available on request only when there are a maximum of 4 people and 1 child. The large conservatory with sitting area is only available in winter.

Kaprun: Family-friendly cosy apartment house, in the centre of Kaprun, in a central, sunny position. In the house: store for bicycles, ski storage, central heating. Breakfast on request. Parking by the house. Grocers, restaurant, ski bus stop 50 m, bus stop 100 m, swimming pool, indoor swimming pool 300 m, tennis 400 m, cable car 1 km, ski school 1 km, cross-country ski trail 1 km, ice rink 1 km.
