Cosy house, 1.5 km from the centre, in a sunny position on a slope. For shared use: lawn sunning area, terrace, garden furniture. In the house: ski storage. (In winter snow chains necessary). Parking. Grocers 1.2 km, restaurant 800 m, ski bus stop 500 m. Indoor swimming pool 2 km, chair lift 900 m. The house is situated next to a small river, with the most amzing view of Kirchberg and the surrounding mountains.
2-room apartment 55 m2: living room with 2 pull-out beds, bar and cable-TV. 1 double bedroom. Kitchen (4 hotplates, oven) with dining table. Bath/WC. Floor heating. Please note: only 1 dog accepted. The sitting room is a through room to the bed room. The appartment is situated on the lower ground floor of the house.
