House with 2 apartments "Landhaus Straif", on the outskirts, 1 km from the centre of Kirchberg, in a sunny, elevated position. For shared use: lawn sunning area. In the house: ski storage, central heating. Bread roll service. (In winter snow chains necessary). Parking. Grocers 700 m, restaurant 400 m, ski bus stop 600 m, railway station 1 km. Indoor swimming pool, tennis 1 km, mountain lift 2 km, cross-country ski trail 300 m. Squash, lakeside bathing, 1 km. Satellite TV and towels for hire. Beautiful view of the Kitzbuehel Alps. NB: Please adhere to the laws regarding separation of rubbish (recycling) - failure to do so will result in a local fine of EUR 15 per bag!
