- Type A studios - sleep 2: Compact living/dining area with double sofa bed. Kitchenette with dishwasher, microwave, hot plates, coffee maker and fridge. Bathroom with WC. Most apartments have a balcony.
- Type C studios - sleep 2-4: Living/dining area with one double sofa bed. Two bunks or one pull out bed separated by a movable partition. Facilities as type A, but bathroom with separate WC.
- Type C1 apartments – sleep 2-4: Living/dining area with one double sofa bed. Separate bedroom with two single beds.
- Type D apartments - sleep 2-5: Living/dining area with one double sofa bed and single sofa bed. Separate bedroom with two single beds. Or living area with single sofa bed and double pull-out bed. Separate bedroom with a double bed. Facilities as Type C.
- Type E apartments – sleep 2-6: Living/dining area with one double sofa bed. Separate bedroom with two single beds. Cabin room with two bunk beds. Facilities as type C.
