Belle Plagne: this resort is known for its recently built residences in the form of large chalets with tiled roofs built in a mountain style but fitting in with the surrounding countryside. They are situated at the foot of the ski runs and surround the shopping centre, the sports centre with its swimming pool (extra, and only open in summer). Each residence has a lift from the underground carpark. Shop, grocers, restaurant 150 m. Skisport facilities, ski runs 50 m. TV and linen hire. Bed linen and towels can be hired but must be reserved with the keyholder at least a week in advance. Pets allowed (23 euros/week). The properties must be left clean on departure (cleaning is possible on request 45 euros). Electric heating. Underground parking to be paid for in winter (approx. 57 euros), free in summer.
