This village lies in the heart of the Paradiski skiing area where this is direct access to the lifts. Within close proximity are other amenities such as an ice skating rink, mini-market, shops and restaurants. 3km from the resort is Montchavin where you will find a cinema, bars and nightclubs. This residence is made up of 8 chalet buildings which are all grouped together in small hamlets. They are located close to the centre of resort and within approximately 100m of all the runs. There are various apartment sizes available, ranging from studios for 2/3 people up to apartments that sleep 7/8 people.

All apartments have a fully equipped kitchenette with 2 or 4 hot plates, fridge, mini-oven or microwave grill oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, TV, bathroom with WC and balcony or terrace.
Type C studios - sleep 2-4: have a living/dining area with two single sofa-beds and a cabin room with bunk beds.
Type D apartments - sleep 2-5: have a living/dining area with two single sofa beds and one pull-out bed and one bedroom with a double bed separated from the lounge area by a movable partition.
The "Comfort +" formula is available for a supplement and includes beds made upon arrival, two sets of towels per person, cleaning kit and end of week clean (excluding kitchen area and washing up). If taking this extra, every person within the apartment must book.
