The area of Preyrand is linked to the centre "La Croisette" by a free lift, open from 0830 hrs to 2300 hrs. Apartment house "Caron", in the district of de Preyrand, 250 m from the centre. In the house: lift, ski storage. Public parking. Grocers, supermarket 20 m, shopping centre 250 m, restaurant 50 m. Skisport facilities 20 m, ski runs 10 m, ski school 250 m.
1-room apartment 22 m2 on 4th floor: living/dining room with 2 sofa beds (80 cm), 1 pull-out bed (2 x 80 cm), TV. Kitchenette (2 hotplates, mini-oven). Bath/WC. Balcony, south facing position. View of the ski-run. Please note: only 1 dog accepted.

3-room apartment 64 m2 on 2 levels on 10th floor, nice furnishings: living/dining room with TV, exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 bed (140 cm). Kitchenette (3 hotplates, oven, dishwasher). Bath-room, sep. WC. Upper floor: gallery with 1 sofa bed (140 cm). 1 room with sliding door with 2 beds (90 cm), 1 x 2 bunk beds (80 cm). Balcony, south facing position. Nice view of the mountains and the ski-run.
