Les Praz has a few bars and restaurants of it's own and is less than a five minute drive or bus ride into Chamonix itself. The apartment block is also next to the railway station for easy access to other areas of the valley.

- Lounge - The lounge is a lovely spacious area with patio doors leading out to the garden. There are two large sofas which also have two single, pull out sofa beds underneath them meaning this apartment can sleep up to eight people. There is a flat screen television with UK and Euro satellite and a CD player.
- Kitchen - This is a well equipped kitchen with facilities including a dishwasher, washing machine, oven and 4 ring hob, fridge-freezer, microwave and coffee machine.
- Dining Room - Situated next to the kitchen, the dining area can comfortably seat 8 people around a large table with chairs and bench seating.
- Bedroom 1 - This is a twin bedroom with wardrobe space and has views towards Brevent.
- Bedroom 2 - A double bedroom with wardrobe space and the added benefit of having a shower cubicle and wash basin in the room. There are views from the bedroom window towards Brevent.
- Bedroom 3 - The third bedroom is a double with wardrobe space and a wash basin. The views from the window is towards the Aiguille du Midi.
- Bathroom - The bathroom has a bath with shower attachment, wash basin and a toilet.
There is also another seperate toilet.
Parking is available both underground and also around the development
