Ski Lodge Stoanerhof is superbly located within 200 metres (approx) of the Ahorn Cable Car, 10 minutes walk (approx) to the Penken gondola, and the lively Mayrhofen village centre. It is possible for intermediate and advanced skiers to ski back to the hotel (in normal snow conditions), and there is a local ski jump directly in front of the hotel where there are often competitions being held. The free local ski bus service is 5 minutes walk (approx) where guests can hop aboard and travel to the host of other ski areas available on the Zillertal lift pass, including the famous Hintertux glacier.
The Stoanerhof offers guests a great range of facilities and skiing convenience. There is a high proportion of guest bedrooms with en suite facilities and also 4 rooms (106, 107, 112 and 113) are perfect for families or can be used as individual twin rooms. All rooms are traditionally furnished to a very high standard and include a TV and telephone. The fitness area boasts 2 exercise bikes and a sauna free for guests use. Guests can enjoy a drink in the bar and gather with friends in the very traditional Tyrolean snug seating area.
