The Savoyard style residence is opposite Mont-Blanc and at the foot of the Rochebrune cable car. It is comprised of 2 separate chalet buildings, set about 80 m apart. A small shopping arcade is in the immediate vicinity; other shops and services are approximately 800 m away.
