- Type B studios - sleep 2-3: Living/dining area with two sofa beds, an alcove with a single bed. Shower room with WC
- Type C studios - sleep 2-4: Large living/dining area with balcony which can be separated by a solid sliding partition, forming two separate sleeping areas, with two beds in each. Bathroom and separate WC.
- Type D apartments - sleep 2-5: Living/dining area with a double pull out bed and a single bed. Separate bedroom with twin or bunk beds forming two separate sleeping areas. Bathroom with separate WC.
- Type E apartments - sleep 2-6: Living/dining area with two sofa beds, separate twin bedroom and open mezzanine with twin bunk beds providing three separate sleeping areas. Shower room with WC, bathroom and a further separate WC.
