"Antoinette""House: Large nice 2-family house Antoinette 3 storeys built in 2009. On the outskirts 500 m from the centre on a slope in a cul-de-sac. 150 m long very steep narrow motor access. In winter snow chains necessary 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking. Grocers 500 m restaurant outdoor swimming pool 200 m. Golf course 15 km cable cabin 1 km ski bus stop 300 m. Please note: free of charge ski bus.Interior: 6-room house 200 m2 on 3 levels modern and luxurious furnishings: large living/dining room with panoramic window with swedish stove cable-TV flat screen TV stereo unit DVD and electric shutters. Exit to the balcony to the terrace. Lounge. 1 room with 2 beds. Large open kitchen (oven dishwasher ceramic glass hob micro wave freezer steamer) with bar. Shower/WC. On the lower ground floor: lounge with cable-TV and flat screen TV. Upper floor: 1 large room with 1 double bed and shower/WC. Exit to the terrace. 1 large room with 1 double bed and bath/WC. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with south facing position 2 balconies north facing position and west facing position terrace south facing position 2 large terraces west facing position and east facing position. Terrace furniture box-room. Panoramic view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: washing machine dryer sauna. Internet (Wireless LAN [WLAN]). Please note: non-smokers only. Private entrance. The garden will not be finish untill spring 2010."
