Motor access to 20 m from the house (in winter snow chains necessary). Stepped path (36 steps) to the house. Parking in winter 20 m. Grocers 700 m restaurant outdoor swimming pool 300 m. Tennis 300 m cable cabin 1.5 km ski bus stop 100 m. Please note: free of charge ski bus.Interior: 5-room chalet 96 m2 on 2 levels nice furnishings: living/dining room with swedish stove and cable-TV. Exit to the garden. Entrance hall. Open kitchen (oven dishwasher ceramic glass hob micro wave freezer). Upper floor: 1 room with 1 double bed (180 cm) TV and DVD. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 double bed (160 cm). Exit to the balcony. 1 small room with 1 double bed (140 cm). Office. Bath/shower/WC. Balcony north facing position terrace west facing position terrace east facing position. Terrace furniture barbecue deck chairs. Nice view of the mountains and the valley.
