"Mont Fort 2""House: Very new 3 storeys built in 2008. On the outskirts 800 m from the centre in an elevated position in a cul-de-sac. Private: small garden with lawn. In the house: ski storage. Except in winter 20 m (in winter snow chains necessary). Stepped path to the house. Supermarket restaurant 800 m. Golf course 15 km cable cabin 800 m ski bus stop 300 m. Please note: free of charge ski bus.Interior: 5-room chalet 150 m2 on 3 levels comfortable and modern furnishings: living/dining room with open fireplace dining corner cable-TV flat screen TV and DVD. Exit to the balcony to the terrace. Open kitchen (oven dishwasher ceramic glass hob freezer electric coffee machine). Sep. WC. On the lower ground floor: 1 room with 1 double bed and shower/WC. 2 rooms each room with 2 beds. Shower/WC. Upper floor: gallery. 1 large room with 1 double bed bath/shower/WC and with jacuzzi. Exit to the balcony. Small balcony south facing position 2 balconies north facing position terrace south facing position. Terrace furniture. Very nice view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: washing machine dryer. Internet (Wireless LAN [WLAN]). Garage (2 cars) at 30 m. Please note: non-smokers only."
