Both apartments have use of the beautiful garden with sevearl terraces, deckchairs and a small organic pond. Unrestricted views of the Stubaier Alps. Situated in an ideal place, there is great access to the various ski resorts in the Stubaital ("Schlick 2000" 2km, Elfer lifts 4 km, Stubaier glacier 25 minutes by car). 1 parking space in the garage per apartment. Access to the house via a few steps. 10% discount on ski hire at "Intersport Schoenherr" in Neustift.
