Situated in an ideal place, there is great access to the various ski resorts in the Stubaital ("Schlick 2000" 2km, Elfer lifts 4 km, Stubaier glacier 25 minutes by car). 1 parking space in the garage per apartment. Access to the house via a few steps. 10% discount on ski hire at "Intersport Schoenherr" in Neustift.
