The FIS Freestyle World Ski Championships have come to an end in Madonna di Campiglio.
According to Gian Franco Casper, FIS President, spectators on ski holidays in Madonna di Campiglio
have enjoyed "high quality competitions in beautiful spring conditions".
Norway won the medals ranking, leaving the competition with 19, of which seven were gold, four silver and eight bronze.
Austria came second with 15 medals, while Finland took third place with ten.
"It is always a very special atmosphere in Italy", said Joseph T Fitzgerald, FIS Freestyle Coordinator, echoing the sentiments of those on ski holidays in Madonna di Campiglio
