The Bloody Beetroots, along with a number of other hip bands and artists have been confirmed to appear at mountainside extravaganza TignesFest next month.
Those
skiing in Tignes between April 17th and April 20th 2008 can anticipate seeing The Bloody Beetroots perform alongside Chris Lung, David E Sugar, Dark Jedis, Naomi Roper, James Yuill, Poney Poney, Trash Fashion and The Shoes.
The event, taking place high up in the French Alps, will also be broadcast on the radio to armchair skiers in the UK.
XFM DJ Eddy Temple Morris observed: "You carve down a beautiful French mountain on a snowboard, then take your apres ski with the Autokratz and Boy 8 Bit and while you go nuts at a brilliant gig, your mates can hear it go out on XFM and curse the fact they're not there with you."
As well as being broadcast on XFM, the high-altitude music festival will also be relayed on Radio 1 and Kiss FM.
And those on a
ski holiday in Tignes can leave their euros in the safe for this free to attend event.
