Andorra offer free ski passes to children

Andorra offer free ski passes to children Children under the age of 14 will now be offered free ski passes when travelling to Andorra.

According to the Ski Club of Great Britain, families booking family ski holidays through certain British and Irish tour operators will be eligible to avail of this great deal.

Ordinarily, a five-day pass can cost as much as 175 euros and those booking a ski holiday to the region will no doubt welcome the news.

The scheme has been launched in an effort to boost visitor numbers to the area and encourage people to make the most of the region's pristine slopes.

Andorra is the ideal destination for families booking a family ski holidays this winter and aside from taking to the slopes, holidaymakers can also enjoy ice-skating, tubing, snowmobile driving and helicopter sightseeing trips.

The Ski Club of Great Britain also reports that the region has benefited from increased investment over the last year, with authorities working to improve lift facilities.
