One of the highlights of the snowboard calendar will take place at the end of February, as the famous Xbox Big Day Out celebrates its tenth birthday in Val d'Isere.
The Big Day Out boasts a great line-up of some of the world's best snowboard and ski freestylers, having dazzled spectators for a decade now.
The tricks and stunts take place over several days, with training in the morning and heats in the afternoon.
Anyone on their
ski holiday in Val d'Isere would be mad to miss out on the action at the foot of Bellevarde, where competitors will show off their skills during the Hand Rail and Big Air sessions.
In fact, some 10,000 people enjoying a
Val d'Isere ski holiday witnessed the finals last year, taking place under spectacular floodlights to make the experience all the more impressive.
Some of England's top DJs will also be on hand to host the event and make it a night to remember.
