European ski holidays may have been fortunate enough to see the champion in action in France at the weekend when he won the Val d'Isere race clinching the super-combined title with an overall combined time of two minutes and 18.45 seconds.
"When I'm at 100 percent in the downhill, it gives me more manoeuvring room over my opponents," Miller said, according to the International Herald Tribune.
The ski champ added that the overall title was still open for grabs by "four or five guys".
However, following 28 races, Miller has extended his lead in the World Cup to 1,067 points.
Behind Bode Miller in the Men's Super-Combined were Croatians Ivica Kostelic and Natko Zrncic-Dim in respective second and third places.
Austrian skier Rainer Schoenfelder placed fourth in the competition.
