Britons travelling to France this month to try out their technique on the pistes may wish to take their
ski holiday in Tignes in order to make the most of the conditions.
According to the Ski Club of Great Britain, Tignes is currently experiencing temperatures of below freezing on the upper slopes - affording "great skiing cover" to those
skiing in Tignes.
The situation is the same for those taking
Val d'Isere ski holidays, the Ski Club notes.
Additionally, temperatures at the ski resort of La Grave have allowed artificial snow to cover the packed snow on the lower runs.
The Ski Club added that those on
ski holidays in Alpe D'Huez will be enjoying "spring-like off-piste snow conditions" while the on-piste snow is described as still being in a good condition.
In other Alpe D'Huez news, the SFR Freeskiing Tour is taking place in the resort at the end of this month.
