Following the men’s slalom, the leading final positions in the FIS Alpine World Cup have been revealed.Currently in first position is Mario Matt of Austria with a time of one minute 51.36 seconds followed by Croatia’s Ivica Kostelic on one minute 51.69 seconds and Reinfried Herbst also of Austria with a time of one minute 51.76 seconds, BBC reports.
The leading men’s slalom standings also see Jean-Baptiste Grange of France in front with 462 points.
Mario Matt remains in second place with a total of 405 points while Matt also takes second place in the overall men’s Alpine World Cup standings with 974 points behind super-combined winner Bode Miller.
Miller of the United States is currently in top spot with a total of 1067 points.
Fellow American competitor Ted Ligety is in eighth position with 612 points.
