Meribel gets new six-seater lift

Meribel gets new six-seater lift If you're headed off on a Meribel ski holiday this ski season, you'll be pleased to know that it should be quicker to get to the top of the piste than ever before this season.

That's because in Meribel-Mottaret a new six-seater lift has been installed to replace the old Chatelet chairlift system. As one of the most popular areas of the resort, the new lift, which doubles the previous capacity, will come as a welcome addition.

According to those that run the show at Meribel, the new six-seater lift should ease access to the Valley of Belleville by lightening the load of the lift chain in the Plattieres sector. All in all, it will mean more skiing and more fun from skiing holidays in Meribel.

Ski holidays in Meribel offer you a great selection of runs at a range of difficulty grades, meaning there's something for all the skiers in your party.

Lying in the centre of the three valleys area that also boasts Courchevel and Val Thorens, a pass that encompasses the trio of areas is perfect for the intermediate skier considering a Meribel ski holiday.
