Here's a round up of how ski resorts in USA and Canada are looking:
Jackson Hole's 50th anniversary year is off to a flying start which huge snowfalls with just 15 days to go until opening day on 26th November.
Since 29th October snow has been consistently falling and last week there was over 50cm blanketing the upper slopes of the resort. With even more snowfall on Monday night, it’s looking like a brilliant start of the season at Jackson Hole.

Whistler Blackcomb had another 42cm of snow over the weekend and is due to open on November 26th, although some runs may open early due to the fantastic amount of snow so far in November.

Heavenly Mountain has confirmed it is opening its slopes a week early with ski season kicking off on Saturday 14th November.

Mammoth Mountain has received over a foot of snow in 24 hours, with snow still falling yesterday ‘It’s still snowing at Main Lodge and doesn’t look like it’s slowing down anytime soon’ - their Facebook page comments.
